[Trigger warning for discussion of the societal pressure surrounding body image, and, in particular, description of unwanted cosmetic surgery. The general tone is one of strength, though, and I agree that this is a microprogression in that she was able to confront this issue in a public forum, and have an audience cheering for her to boot.
